Refund and Returns Policy

At FirstBizz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

    Returns

    • Eligibility: You can return an item within 5 days from the date you receive it.
    • Condition: To qualify for a return, make sure the item is unused and in the same condition you received it. also, keep it in the original packaging.
    • Process: To start a return, contact us at firstbizz@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. However, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.
    • Shipping: You should pay for your shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t refund shipping costs.

      Refunds

      • Processing Time: After we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you if we approve or reject your refund. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 6 working days, although, we’ll credit your original mode of payment.
      • Partial Refunds: We may grant partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      • Non-Refundable Items: Some items we can’t return and refund. This includes perishable goods, custom products, and also personal care items.

      Exchanges

      If you need to exchange an item for the same product, kindly contact us at firstbizz@yahoo.com with your order number and indeed details for exchange too.
